Processing Time
Every order is printed in-house in Apollo Beach, FL. Production starts once your order is placed and your files are approved. Most orders are printed within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Rush production is available, and a rush fee may apply.
Shipping Within the United States
- Standard shipping: $6.99, or free on orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $15.00
Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and are estimates, not guarantees. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by your country are the customer's responsibility, unless they are prepaid at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Free Local Pickup
Pickup in Apollo Beach, FL is always free. Select Local Pickup at checkout and we'll send you the pickup address and instructions once your order is ready. Please inspect your order at pickup.
Quotes and Custom Orders
For orders placed through a quote, social media, WhatsApp or email, shipping is charged at the actual carrier cost based on package weight and destination. We'll confirm the shipping cost with you before production.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, loss or theft.
